The Video Doorbell Dual Failed to Power On

If the doorbell can’t power on, please try the following tips.
1. Use a micro USB cable to connect the Video Doorbell Dual to the HomeBase or a wall charger, and check if the LED indicator on the doorbell lights up indicating the doorbell is charging.
- If the LED indicator on the doorbell lights up, please charge the doorbell for 3 hours;
- If the LED indicator does not light up, please try using another micro USB charging cable.
2. Use another 5V/2A power adapter to charge the Video Doorbell Dual. If the LED indicator on the doorbell lights up, please charge it for 3 hours. Please note if a 5V/1A power adapter is being used to charge the battery Video Doorbell Dual, it will take 6 hours to fully charge the doorbell.
3. Check the temperature since the battery Video Doorbell Dual has an operating temperature range from -4°F to 122°F.
