Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Never immerse the main unit (electrical housing) in water or any other liquid. 

Use a soft towel or sponge soaked in neutral detergent (mild dish soap) to clean both the inner pot and grill. Gently wipe all surfaces to remove any food residue or oil. Do not use hard brushes, scouring pads, steel wool, or any abrasive cleaning tools.

Do not use flammable or explosive cleaning agents such as gasoline, polishing powder, etc. for cleaning. 

When cleaning, take out the glass bowl and clean the inner wall and bottom ; the accessories can be taken out and cleaned separately; do not wipe with a hard cleaning cloth, which will easily cause the coating to fall off and cause corrosion.
