What should I do if my E25/E28 robot has weak suction performance?

If your E25/E28 robot exhibits weak suction performance, there are typically two potential reasons:

  1. Blockage at the dustbin outlet caused by foreign objects.

  2. Blockage in the airflow pathway caused by foreign objects.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the dust collection frequency settings in the app. If the frequency is less than once every 30 minutes and your home has pets, it is recommended to adjust the following settings in the app:

  • Enable "Pet Mode" in the app.

  • Change the dust collection frequency to every 15 minutes.

  1. Thoroughly clean the dustbin and filter before starting a new cleaning task. Monitor the robot's subsequent cleaning performance to determine if its suction performance has improved.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the base station and turn the base station upside down. Remove the lower air duct cover, then use a thin rod (30 cm or longer) to clear the blockage in the air duct. If there is any moisture left in the air duct, ensure to dry it thoroughly before putting the base station back together.

  1. Inspect the dust bag to confirm it is not full. Please note that a full dust bag can diminish the effectiveness of dust collection; therefore, it is recommended to replace the dust bag periodically.
