Why does the app show an “Incorrect QR Code” error when scanning my Smart Lock C30?

The app will show an error message if you scan a random QR code not located on the Smart Lock C30. If you scan the correct QR code and the app still shows an error message, you can try to input the device’s serial number manually after tapping the "Input Manually" option on the screen.
