What should I do if I cannot receive push notifications to my Android phone from my eufyCam S3 Pro?

If you cannot receive push notifications from your eufyCam S3 Pro to your Android phone, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:
- Configure the Unmonitored Apps
Go to your Android phone’s Device Management > Battery > Unmonitored Apps > Add Apps > Add the eufy app to the list of unmonitored apps.
- Allow Notification
Go to your Android phone’s Settings > Notifications > Allow the eufy app to enable notifications.
- Enable Notification for the Security Mode
Launch the eufy app > Security tab > Home/Away mode > Camera name > Notification.
