Modified on: Thu, 27 Nov, 2025 at 8:59 AM

  • Make sure your router works properly and its network name is not hidden. If the network name is hidden, please click "Others" and enter the Wi-Fi credentials manually.
  • Ensure the Smart Lock C33 is not installed at a location out of your router's coverage.
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is not set to use WEP encryption security protocol. Please note that the Smart Lock C33 does not support WEP encryption.
  • Try rescanning the Wi-Fi network.
  • Press and hold the "SYNC" button on the Smart Lock C33 for 10 seconds to reset the device and start a new setup process.
